Obituary

Paul David Brissey, 83, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020. The son of the late Fletcher and Iva Woolums Brissey, Paul was born February 3, 1937 in Owen County, Kentucky.

Paul is survived by his sisters, Alma Ellis of Frankfort, Barbara Powers of Frankfort, and Betty Christman of Ohio, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Fletcher and Iva Brissey, Paul was preceded in death by his siblings, Ethel Clifton, Judy Romans, James Brissey, Eugene Brissey, William “Bill” Brissey, and Cecil Brissey.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Frankfort, Kentucky.
