Tommy Thomas

Tommy Nelson Thomas, 57, of Versailles, passed away on Tuesday January 28, 2019 at his residence. He was born on March 5, 1962 in Woodford County, Kentucky. Tommy was a 1981 graduate of Woodford County High School and was a farm manager.

Tommy will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Thelma Tipton Fryrear, Midway, Kentucky, sons, Tyler N. Thomas, Lebanon, Kentucky, Zachary W. Thomas, Harrodsburg, Kentucky, brothers, Michael Thomas (Lana), Versailles, Kentucky Mark Thomas, Georgetown, Kentucky, nieces, Callie Thomas, Washington, D.C., Kendall Agee (Mark), Berea, Kentucky, and Colby Baker (Austin), Versailles, Kentucky.

Tommy was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Wayne Thomas.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Friday, January 31, 2020 at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home, Rev. Frank Layne officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 4:00 pm. Interment will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens where pallbearers will be, Tony Rice, Johnny Jones, Carl Lay, Bobby Lawrence, Ray Murphy, and Larry Thomas. Honorary pallbearers will be Dale Logan, Wayne Logan, and Craig Graul.
