Susan Caudle

February 27, 1945 — February 9, 2018

Mrs. Caudle was born in Frankfort on February 27, 1945, to the late Taylor Thurston and Pauline Housechild Collins. She was united in marriage to her husband of 52 years, Billy Wayne Caudle, of Frankfort. She retired from the Franklin County Sheriff's Office after over 20 years of service as a Deputy Sheriff. She was a devoted and active member at Hillcrest Baptist Church. She enjoyed time spent traveling, but always loved coming back home to Kentucky. She enjoyed painting and cooking and most of all, loved to help people. She was a loving wife and a wonderful mother and grandmother, and loved her family dearly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Eleanor Collins and Elizabeth Smith.
Along with her husband, she is survived by her two daughters, Paula Caudle Collins (Gregory Scott Tallent) and Amy Caudle Hilpp (Robert Kenneth Hilpp); her brother, Ted Collins; and her grandchildren, Emma Marie and Grace Taylor Hilpp. She was also blessed with several nieces and nephews.
