Sandra Armstrong

Mrs. Armstrong died Saturday at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. A native of Frankfort, Sandra was an Administrative Assistant for the Kentucky Department of Insurance and a member of New Liberty Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Mary Kathryn Burton Devore and brothers David and Donald Devore.
Survivors include, her husband, John "Mike" Armstrong, daughter, Rita Kathryn Sharpe, Frankfort, step-daughter, Lorie Jane Davis, of Owenton, step-sons, John Michael Armstrong Jr., and Kelly Armstrong, both of Frankfort; brothers, Ronald (Shannon) Devore, Perry Park, and Albert (Phyllis) Devore, Frankfort; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
