Rose Hunter Dean

Rose L. Hunter Dean went to meet her Lord on July 31, 2020, at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Versailles, Kentucky to Wm McKinley and Willie Mae Matthews Hunter. Rose lived most of her life in Woodford County and was a member of Glenn's Creek Baptist Church where she attended as a child.

Rose was preceded in death by her former spouses, Walter R. Yeary, Herbert Brackett, and Wm Dean; her sister Molly McClain; and brothers, Mac, Charles, and Billy Hunter.

She is survived by her daughter, Carol Yeary (Tom) Stapleton and her son Randy (Jackie) Brackett; grandchildren, Leigh Renee (Jon) Buckner, Thomas Carter (Amanda) Stapleton, Kelly E. (Jeff) Shane, Shannon LeMaster (Adam) Hickerson, and Jacob Brackett; great grandchildren, Jon T. Buckner, Megan N. Buckner, Logan P. Buckner, Katlin E. Shane, Taylor Shane, and Regan Hickerson; sister-in-law, Betty Starr Hunter; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
