In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, John (Angela) Castanis, Harrodsburg, and Steve (Vicki) Castanis, Lawrenceburg; his brother, Christ Castanis, MS; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Elias, Ethan, and Tessa.
