Obituary for Maxine Hedrick
Maxine Hedrick, 89, the widow of Kenneth Hedrick, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 16, 2019. The daughter of the late Ross and Ethel Mitchell Bray, Maxine was born October 23, 1929 in Shelbyville, Kentucky. She enjoyed piddling around in her yard but what she really loved was her family and her constant companions, her dogs.

Maxine is survived by her daughter, Marcie (Jack) Whitney, Lexington; grandchildren, Heather Culp, Amanda Rivard, and Blake Whitney; and great grandchildren, Whitney, Shelby, and Grayson Rivard.

In addition to her late husband Kenneth, Maxine was preceded in death by a sister, Imogene Cook.

A Funeral Service will be held 2:00p, Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd, Frankfort, with Rev. Ray Holdren officiating. Burial is to follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers. A Visitation will be from 12:00p until time of service on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests Memorial Contributions to Bluegrass Care Navigators or Millville Christian Church.
