Joyce Hutchinson

oyce Marie Noonan Hutchinson, 80, widow of Robert Hutchinson, Sr., passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Willows at Fritz Farm. She was born in Hartford, Connecticut, the daughter of Frances and Eugenia Lassor Noonan. She was an echocardiograph technician for UK Healthcare. Joyce was a member of St. Leo Catholic church where she was a member of the choir. She loved to sing and was previously a member of the choir at St. Peter’s in Lexington. Joyce also enjoyed playing the harmonica and fishing, and she was a good bowler, too. She and her husband Bob were foster parents for many years.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters, Beverly Noonan and Joan (Raymond) Nardini, and son, Steven Hutchinson. She will be lovingly remembered by her five remaining children, Jacqueline (Dhaval) Shukla, Nicholasville, KY, Beverly (Tom) Porter, Lawrenceburg, KY, Tina (Ronald) Sharp, Versailles, KY, Amy (Rogelio) Nicanor, Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, Robert Porter (Melissa) Hutchinson, Jr., Bagdad, KY, sister, Dr. Jacqueline Noonan, Lexington, KY, daughter-in-law, Mindy Hutchinson, Frankfort, KY, twenty-eight grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at St. Leo Catholic Church, Fr. Miguel Alvizures officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
