James Malcolm

James "Jay" Malcolm, 81, husband of Elaine Mitchell Malcolm, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017. He was born in Knoxville, Tennessee to the late Mae Love Kelly and James William Malcolm, Sr. on March 24, 1936. Mr. Malcolm was an Insurance Examiner for the Department of Insurance. He was a member and deacon of Farmdale Baptist Church and a member of the Hiram Lodge #4 F &A M. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Rhonda Malcolm, Frankfort and Michelle Quackenbush, AZ; his son, Mark Quackenbush, GA; his siblings, Kelly Malcolm and Dale Malcolm, both of OH and Ida Mae Webb, TN; and his granddaughters, Ashlie Malcolm and Mackenzee Sawyer, both of Frankfort.
