Imogene Castle

Imogene Ross Castle, 90, widow of Lloyd Castle, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. She was born in Portsmouth, OH on March 13, 1930 to the late Herman and Adaline Hay Ross. She was the head dietitian with Cardinal Hill and a member of Pinckard Baptist Church where she was a choir member for many years. Imogene and Lloyd were proud foster parents for over 30 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Marsha Phillips, Campton, and Susan Becraft, Mt Sterling; her son, Tom (Ellie) Castle, Versailles; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Steve Castle.
Private services will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Rev. Kyle Rader officiating. A private burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. On Monday, we will be posting a Zoom link on our website for family and friends that would like to watch the service live. In keeping with social distancing, if you would like to show your support to the family you are welcome to join us for a drive in service at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd on Tuesday.
Serving as casketbearers will be Chad Castle, Sephen Castle, Daniel Phillips, Matthew Castle, and Eli Castle.
