Harold Stapp

January 28, 1926 — November 18, 2018

Harold James Stapp, 92, passed away Sunday November 18, 2018. He is preceded in death by his wife Ollie Maye Stapp. Harold was a longtime member of Faith Baptist Church in Versailles. He has been an ordained minister since 1960.

Harold is survived by his children; Donna Stapp (Versailles), Douglas Stapp (Lancaster), David Stapp (Versailles), and Mike Stapp (Versailles); sister, Loeta Byrd (Nicholasville); brother, Paul Stapp (Versailles); grandchildren, Adam Stapp, Sherri Case, Heather Dixon, and Kristen Arnold; and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral will be held 8:30am, Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Faith Baptist Church, Versailles, with Brother Bobby Lakes and Brother Joe Collins officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Frankfort. Serving as pallbearers will be Scottie Foster, Brent Courtney, Kevin Cosby, Andy Dixon, Kendall Cosby, and Adam Stapp; honorary pallbearers include Butch Crowe, Aaron Pennington, and Terry Wayne Cosby. Visitation will be held Tuesday. November 20, 2018 from 5:00-7:00pm, at the church.
