Obituary for E. Lillie Curry

Funeral services for E. Lillie Curry, 89, of Frankfort, will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at LeCompte Johnson Taylor Funeral Home with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Rev. Vernon Carpenter will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Ms. Curry died late Thursday evening at her residence. A native of Lawrenceburg, she worked in insurance at Union Underwear for many years. She was a member of Pigeon Fork Baptist Church, as well as the Founder’s Club. Lillie loved life and she loved people.
Daughter of the late, Dora Burgin and Edgar Curtsinger, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Dow Curry, and her son, Stephen Curry. She is survived by a son, Michael (Linda) Curry, and her grandson, Chris Curry, both of Frankfort.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Long, Russell Cummins, Eric Long, Chris Curry, Butch Gaines, and Bill Ratliff.
