Dewey Reeves

Mr. Reeves died Monday at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. A native of Woodford County he was an Engineer with the Kentucky Department of Highways and a veteran of the Ky Army National Guard. He was a member of Bridgeport Christian Church and the American Legion Post #7. Dewey was an avid UK Wildcat fan.
He was the son of the late Omer Lee and Eva Mae Foster Reeves and was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Reeves and brothers Rex and Willis Reeves.
Survivors include six children Joyce Schoenberg, Windermere, FL, Sharon E. (John) Stivers, Frankfort, Karen L. Clark, West Union, OH, Kathy E. (James) Fox, Royce City, TX. Michael Reeves, Louisville and Anthony C. (Elizabeth) Reeves, Macungie, PA; brother Jimmy Reeves, Frankfort; 17 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
