Clay V. Troxell, Sr., 79, widower of Ann Frances Owens Troxell, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2019. He was born in Jett, Kentucky on January 26, 1940 to the late Clay William and Virginia Troxell. He was a retired plumber with Whitehead and Hancock. Clay enjoyed hunting and fishing. He built 7 houses and remodeled 10 more.
He is survived by his daughter, Paulynn Ball, Owenton; his son, Vance Troxell, Owenton; his 5 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
In addition to his wife of 54 years and his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Rex Troxell and his grandson, Justin Troxell.
